he had a great peak indeed. outside that peak, he was inconsistent kind of like pujara.

Time to pull the plug on Kohli’s T20I career ;Even if he scores a brace of fifties from here on, the time has come for the national selectors to contemplate a halt on Kohli’s T20I career. Going by his recent decisions on captaincy, it won’t be a surprise if he himself pulls the plug on this format after the IPL, but in case he doesn’t, the selectors would do well to take that call.

I am comfortable in saying that Kohli will never score a century again for India against any of the Top 5 countries in the world.

 

Im sure in the right conditions and dropped a few times he could do so against a minnow nation.

Forget 100 he may never score 50 .It does not dimish his accomplishments one bit .He should not be playing for team India in any format.It is stupidity of the selectors if they keep selecting him.

root was never woefully out of form. even if he couldn't score 100s, he looked fluent and was scoring a reasonable number of 50s.

his ODI record is decent (not good, but decent) from what I remember, and his T20I record is good (with low-ish SR). the biggest and most noticeable drop was in tests
