I will always resist an Indian tour to Pakistan.  If PCB leverages this tour (if/when it happens) and claim it is all fine for India to travel to Pak, NO, it is not equivalent. Let Pak stop bombing in Kashmir and give up PoK and stop Afridi to claim to be a Kashmiri , then we will talk. Until then, YES IT IS ALL JAIS AND HALAL to mix politics and sports.
