Point is Indian law. He is in for terror funding. For now.

I just hope they don't spend crores of taxpayer's money in his security.  And terrorists don't pull off some hijacking or something.   Such high profile dangerous people don't belong in prison.

I know lots of other charges are still left on this animal.   Hopefully this terrorist gets dispatched to hell soon.

What's the point in keeping him??  Hang the bastard.

I dont mind paying to keep him alive. He should live his remaining days in a cell, wish him a long miserable death and i want him to outlive his wife and child. Bastard should feel how it is to lose a near and dear one.

Its better to send him to the gallows. Don't want a repeat of Kandahar incident. Our guys are too soft and never learn from our mistakes. Our incompetence has shown in countless deaths of military personnel and civilians. As others have said, hang the bastard!

Hmm, so he wasn't/hasn't been guilty thus far of a "criminal conspiracy to carry out terrorist act and disruptive activities, and murder", which sent Yakub Memon to the gallows.

Criminal justice cannot be driven by potential future incidents. We need a means to prevent as well as respond to them. Let the perpetrators know what it means to wage war against India.

Are there any Pakistanis who are disgusted by the open support at the highest levels for terrorism and murder ?
