Clarke Posted June 2, 2022 Posted June 2, 2022 Hmm, so he wasn't/hasn't been guilty thus far of a "criminal conspiracy to carry out terrorist act and disruptive activities, and murder", which sent Yakub Memon to the gallows. Criminal justice cannot be driven by potential future incidents. We need a means to prevent as well as respond to them. Let the perpetrators know what it means to wage war against India. Are there any Pakistanis who are disgusted by the open support at the highest levels for terrorism and murder ?
