فإنه لا حرجَ في تقبيلِ الزوجة الصغيرة بشهوة والمفاخذة ونحوَ ذلك ولو كانت لا تطيقُ الجماع وقد بيَّنَ العلماء أن الأصلَ جوازُ استمتاع الرجل بزوجته كيف شاء إذا لم يكن ضرر وذكروا في ذلك استمناءَه بيدها ومداعبَتها وتقبيلَها وغير ذلك
There is no problem to kiss the minor girl wife with intention of sexual pleasure and to do "مفاخذہ" which is to rub the penis between her thighs in order to ejaculate the sperms, or to do any other similar act. All these acts of sexual pleasure are permitted, even if she does not possess the power for penetration. According to Ulama, a husband is free to enjoy her in every way till the time no harm is done to her. So, the minor girl could masturbate him, foreplay could be done with her, she could be kissed and similar other things.

There are dozens of such fatwas present, but Muslims today have very successfully hidden them from the rest of the world. It is very unfortunate. The worst thing is, 95% Muslims themselves don't know about this original dirty face of Islam.

There is risk of permanent damage to the minor girl that due to penetration, her vagina and anus could become one. For Sunni Ulama it seems to be OK. Nevertheless, Shia Imam Khomeini did write about punishment for this permanent damage.

Issue #12: It is not permissible to have sexual intercourse (with one’s wife) before she reaches 9 years in age, be it in Nikaah (permanent marriage) or Mut’a (temporary marriage). As for all other pleasures such as lustful touch, embracing, and thighing, there is no problem in it, even if she is a suckling baby. A man having intercourse with a girl younger than nine years of age has not committed a crime, but only an infraction, if the girl is not permanently damaged by vagina and anus becoming one. If the girl, however, is permanently damaged, the man must provide for her all her life. But this girl will not count as one of the man's four permanent wives. He also is not permitted to marry the girl's sister.

 

Were such practices common in Pre Islamic world? ...  Struggling to find something on that.  Not a lot of written records of cultural practices in Arabian peninsula.  I am assuming things were same probably even before Islam & such kind of mindset & practices normal?

I often say it here: BJP has to stay wise against Muslim threat. 

 

And wisdom (in the present situation where India needs support of Arabic countries) is not to abuse Muhammad openly, but to bring the shameful commands of Islamic Sharia in a wiser way to public. There are tons of such Islamic Rulings, which whole world does not know (even 90% + Muslims themselves don't know). 

 

I feel there is a flaw in BJP strategy. BJP supporters are going against Muslims (including moderate ones too). This mistake is bringing a lot of support to Muslim community all over the world including the left wing. 

 

Instead of going against Muslims, the wiser strategy is to go against ISLAM directly. This will actually compel the left wing to join the BJP's platform too against Islam. And even moderate Muslims also join the ranks of BJP. I assure you there is a big clash present between the ideological Muslims (Salafists/Deobandis) and traditional Muslims (Sufis and Shias and moderates). Nevertheless, the present policies of BJP (which are against the whole Muslim community) make them to forget their internal differences, and to unite against BJP along with the liberal left.

Muslims don't know that Quran is full of blasphemy against the non-Muslims, where Quran is cursing them everywhere, resembling them to donkeys and dogs, calling them the Worst of Animals and Worst of Creatures, calling them Filth, ..... (and a lot more)

 

And Hadith is even dirtier than Quran where the pagan gods were abused by telling them that they should go and lick the clitoris of their female goddess al-Laat (Sahih Bukhari).

 

I question, why does the whole world (including huge majority of Muslims themselves) not know these facts?

The written record is not very clear on this matter.

Even if we assume that this practice was present in the pre-Islamic Arab society, still this is not the Objection. 

But the objection is why the so-called 100% Perfect Allah, who is claimed to be all-Wise and all-Just in Quran, was unable to end this Injustice?
Instead of abolishing this injustice, the 100% Perfect Allah promoted this practice by letting Muhammad marry a child girl.

 

Such an entity could never be a GOD, who is full of injustice against the HUMANITY. 

Worse part is, Muslims were capturing lands, turning small minor girls into slaves, and then raping them as it was Halal Allah. Not only this, but they were also PURCHASING small girls from the slave markets, and compelling them to provide sex services to their Muslim masters.

The children of slave mothers and fathers were automatically born as slaves (i.e. slavery by birth) in Islam. And masters were allowed to separate the children from their slave mothers when they get 2 teeth (i.e. when they were about 6 months old) and then sell them in the slave markets to get handsome money. 

This was the practice of Muslims throughout the 1400 years of history of Islam. 

 

My biggest concern is why these facts about Islam does not come to light?

Simple, if you are not an atheist then whatever fact or criticism you speak about the other religion becomes hypocrisy. It is not about what she said, it is about who she is and the weight of her argument. She represents BJP, the ruling Hindu party and the words she says obviously will trigger the Muslims. She is mocking something about flying horses, when we have elephant and monkey gods. will she be able to engage in constructive debate if someone brings that up?

Well you can't call yourself an atheist if you don't understand first principles. By its very definition, atheism stems from lack of evidence. 

 

When someone asks if what she said was true or not and you have give whole round about non sense without addressing the simple question, it perhaps would say more about you than her.

He won’t as long as BJP, the Hindu party is on the back foot, anything is defendable. FoE gayi bhaad mein, killing based on blasphemy is jais as long as it is Hindus getting lynched . This kind of fundamentalism amongst atheists is what people detest, they are worse than Islamists, as they are at least honest about their faith. Atheists don’t want to compare religions, but Hinduism or Sanatan Dharma Is the worst of all , just because they don’t retaliate like other religions. Hypocrisy emboldened.

Well firstly these self proclaimed atheists are not atheists. They are communist or periyarist or wokeist. They have a religion. That’s for sure. True atheism is all about standing up for principles.

Lol, did you even read my answer? I clearly told what she said is true but it doesn’t matter since she is a hypocrite who cannot take back what she gives and her motive is wrong.
 

when atheists quote quoran and Vedas and point out the ridiculousness, the motive is not to create riots and fights. The end goal is to expose the myth of religion, in a faint hope that humanity will wake up and concentrate on much bigger issues on earth.  But when theists try to expose other religion, it is basically a game of mudslinging and a way to show that somehow they are better than the other religion. It does not solve anything, all it does is rile up the other party. Now Muslims will come and speak about Flying monkeys and elephant head? What does that solve?

why does truth trigger the muslims.  will you marry a 6 year old? Do you know what is the flying horse. can you share. Our books dont mock the flying horse. Their book mocks idol worshippers

Blasphemy triggers all theists, it is not particular only to Muslims. None of the Ruling party spokesperson in Muslim countries have commented on Hindu gods have they?
