In series build up there were lots of fears of india loosing this test series considering india is without their two prime tests players in bumrah and pant and australia being top ranked team and also with law of average of long home domination catching up.

 

but here we are test series in kitty , also won 4 series in a row against australia by 2-1

Crazy that we take winning is home series for so granted but still find ways insult this team by comparing this team inferior past ones.

Aussies were impressive throughout, well fought series even if the scorecards of first two matches don't tell us that. Have to say  it's their best effort in India. Lyon, Murphy, Kuhnemann, Khwaja have been mighty good.

How were they impressive throughout? Collapsed back to back in games 1 and 2. The game 2 collapse was from a potentially winnable platform building position. Game three they were good no doubt, but the BGT had already been surrendered.

They won on a lottery of a pitch! If we batted first on this kind of a deck in Indore we probably score at least 400 there & win that test too, this was a meek performance from us overall but Oz were no better with major frailties in their batting & bowling.

Not to mention their captain dint perform. Both captains. Cummins was useless. 40 average in this series. Ye sure mum was sick but that news was discovered after they lost the first 2.

Pant was a big miss, Bumrah wasn't. And Even in this series we missed Pant, it isn't as if we cruised to victory without Pant, Idiot Bharat made sure we miss Pant. I think Jaddu is our MVP, He misses and we would have lost the series..
