Bumrah -  Not sure if he will come back soon enough. Still deserves it

Bumrah is perennially injured and Pant wont return for 1- 2 years.

  why not Deepak Chahar ( may be C contract) - If Pant/Bumrah gets when they are not playing, Chahar deserves to be in low like Thakur

SKY has done well in one format. Pyjama format. They are still in testing phase in other formats. So far not working out. But he already got the promotion which is unfair on guys like Thakur who also on and off plays off format. Also did very well in Tests.

TM has probably realised that D Chahar will get injured in the middle of a live match , after having bowled 2 overs of harmless pies.   I don't recall any match where he remained injury free till the end.    LOL

He doesn't seem to be a guy with any kind of motivation. There was a spot open. Bhuvi's spot. He has added skill of batting. He seems content with what he has. He is happy to be part of Thala's army.

True...no 8 position is still open, his only challenge atm is Shardul Thakur who's not something he can't beat.
But it seems Thakur with his limited potential has more fire in his belly than Deepak Chahar.

Was really hoping Saha gets a look in with Pant gone. He is our best bet for the WTC final. Sad to see him go.

 

Kohli and Rohit's last A+ contract I suppose.
