But yes good to see some quality LHB finally. You can add Sai Sudarshan and Washington Sundar in that list too. Both are rock solid...

Poor foot movement...  All hands.  Won't work at bigger stage.  Sudharsan is one to watch out for. 

 

From Gill's batch Manjot Kalra looked good...  Had the technique & game but faded away. 

 

Abhishek more style than consistency..  Should move to DC in IPL...  If Shaw is dumped.

He was caught in age scandal. Not by much. Few months or so.  Since then he has gone off the radar. Very positive player. Him and Shaw playing aggressively at the top with Gill at 3 was really working for us.

Sundar the batsman has a high ceiling especially in tests. But TM sees him as an offie who can bat

19 year old Nishant Sindhu is one to watch out for. He was trained as a boxer before becoming a cricketer. We should have a cage match between Sindhu and Chahal.
