Is there anyone in indian set up who can bowl Ike shaheen 

 

- Mohsin . Most likely guy who can bowl fast . Can he swing 

 

- dayal … another lesser known commodity 

 

- arshdeep . Seems to have lost any pace and swing . 
 

- Nattu . Always injured 

 

tendulkar - more an all rounder but that will also help 

 

Yarra prithviraj … unknown . Heard he bowls fast 

 

khaleel .. not much swing but some pace 

 

Sakarya , unadkat … good net bowlers 

 

mukesh .. unknown but decent . 

 

feel we need to develop mohsin , khaleel and wildcard yarra .

Mukesh Choudhary is the best if you want to prepare for inswing. He moves it at 135-140, already has an experience of flooring down Kishan and Rohit courtesy of his late swing.

 

Mohsin is a bounce bowler, so is Unadkut and Khaleel...Yash has bit of both but not much, Arshdeep is our of rhythm and his trundling pace is of no use.

 

Prithviraj I haven't see so no comments, rest of no use.

He's òld now but Aniket Chaudhary was hard done by and should have played for india. He's indias go to guy in the nets

Mohsin has pace, bounce, height and outswing for RHB. Can't bowl inswing to RHB.

 

He is the best Left Arm quick we have.

Khaleel can bowl good outswingers to RHB. Has bounce, height and decent pace.

Shaheen is in a different league. Atm, Ind does not have an LA pacer of his caliber.

Shaheen was bowling in late 130s .many indian left arm seamers can bowl at that speed . Only difference is his accuracy and movement.

I won;t give up on Arshdeep, looks to me the most talented one from the list.

That's the reason Wahab Riaz had a mediocre, not a  great career . Could not bring the ball in for RHB , after almost 13 years of international cricket.

Shaheen occasional ballls goes beyond 140. He primarily operates between 135 to 140. He may be lethal at start but in death overs he is not that great its just that we had shitty lower order or else i have seen other team smoking him badly in death overs. Lets see how he bowls on Indian Pitches against eng , sa and aus. I bet even India has previous era lower order batters likr bhajji, zak along with Bumrah(current)we would have tackled them better.

Would have been nice if they had spend energy in grooming Umran. Naseem looked good yesterday, i remember him being to wayward just a few yrs back against aussies i think.

Wahab was dumb, he never used brains while bowling and always relied to much on his back of length deliveries...he had no other weapon except pace.

 

Bowlers, if they can even move the ball away from righties and occasional bowl a straighter one will work if they have pace. Wahab had nothing.

 

Mohsin don't have ability to bowl in but he gets bounce even from the good length at pace of 136-142, Mukesh isn't tall but he is very similar to Boult in terms of pace and move the ball both ways at speed of 134-140.

This current version of Shaheen is 80 per cent of what he was two years ago. 

 

Back then he would peak at 151, 152 in high intensity spells, but ever since the elbow issue, he has tried to incorporate more of his right side into his action & in the process lost control of his core extention during the action. 

 

His core collapses a lot sooner now hence the pace is down. 

If he rectifies it, the average pace should come back up.

Shaheen is a generational talent, true successor of Starc especially in white ball formats. We may unearth 1-2 prospects here and there but nothing earth shattering.
