Lol..this training is not for cricket.

They should make Azam Khan sit on their shoulders and run for 5 KMs. Don't be surprised if they do this. Shoaib Akhter once said he used to tie himself to heavy container trucks and pull them to improve his fast bowling.

Azam khan stopped at 1.5km in a 2km run (which took 20 minutes for) and then needed to be airlifted. There is a thread on PP about it, don't know if it's allowed to link here

Use the mouse to drag and highlight the image like you would a block of text and right click it to copy paste it here. If you use the copy image function there is a size limit on the forum.
