Apart Bhumrah no other seamer looks good, and there is no back-up. Now question come who gives more confidence in picking wkts and keeping things quite -- Chahal and Axar so they made it to the team. Jadeja is to give batting some depth. In t20Is he is not there for his batting or bowling its just to give batting depth to the team and if pirtch assists they may be he bowls more than 2 overs. Another top order batter in the lineup ? Makes no sense. Also we have 2 left arm spinners. What we need is someone who can bat anywhere and bowl off spin as a match up option. Can't help but think Riyan Parag ahead of Chahal would be a better decision. Link to comment
