India-Eng SF2 Pre-match discussion

13th consecutive ICC T20 KO match was won by chasing when SA beat AFG.

 

Guyana has a history of scores being chased as well.

 

Pitch was also under covers for a while

Pretty even - slightly better batting for England given Kohli's form and Dube. Slightly better bowling for India because of Bumrah and Kuldeep. However minus Archer and Rashid, the rest of English bowlers are probably better than ours.

 

I have a feeling Salt is going to go after Bumrah - just a guess. They may sacrifice Salt for playing that hand. Have to see if Bumrah reverts to form of KOs.  Even if that happens I think Kuldeep and Axar can put a brake on things. OTOH I am a bit cynical about Pandya and Jadeja bowling.

Livingstone is like SKY...if he kicks in it will be a disaster for India.

 

Moeen can't do that much damage, one advantage though England has are its openers who are much more proactive.

 

Kohli and Rohit need to ensure we are atleast 60 by the end of 6 overs. Anything less than 50 and we might be challenging ourselves a lot for the end. Jordan is a weak link but on the end in these pitches he can be handful.

Both Jordan and Archer are of West Indian origin born in Barbados. They do know these conditions yes......

Didn't expect India to be in knockouts this time. So this team has already overachieved considering they are unbeaten.

England are a much much more well oiled T20 unit, let's accept it.

Keep expectations low and enjoy the game.

Take out Salt and Buttler and this team won't even even make 140 against us.

Eng hv not beaten any top team in this WT20.  Except Windies (who had very weak bowling).   It's our game to lose.  I don't want our players to be over confident or arrogant.  Just play natural game.

Fattu Indian team losing is almost guaranteed. Only a miracle can save us.. may be washout

Not sure. Is it a streaming service ? I used to have Gaana+ subscription, came with Willow yearly subscription. Now, Spotify works best for all Indian songs.
