Rohit Sharma (c), Shubman Gill (vc), Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer, KL Rahul (wk), Rishabh Pant(wk), Hardik Pandya, Ravindra Jadeja, Axar Patel, Kuldeep Yadav, Washington Sundar, Mohammed Shami, Arshdeep Singh, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Harshit Rana*

Is Rohit in form???

even in an odi , he scored 31 runs in 6 innings @ 5 runs in an innings - should he not get back to form and then play for india. Now even english Pacers will get him out and then Jaiswal and Gill will build up indian innings. All due respect to ROHIT but seems he has some issues now, either he is not seeing the ball now. I predict he is going to FAIL miserably in IND V/s ENGLAND and in Champions trophy too, except for one or 2 matches which can be fluke too. Had I been agarkar , i would have asked Rohit to relax and prove his form and then come back and captain INDIA even in odi. i would have definitely dropped Roko from TESTS.

Yashasvi Jaiswal ( india's best batsman in all formats) and Gill should have been opening for INDIA. VK can play in odi as he did score lil runs in Australia.shreyas is in form and Karun nair is in form they should have been picked. TUK TUK KL RAHUL @ no 5 or 6 - why is he required ???

Pant can play. Nair should be picked ahead of KL. Hardik picks himself.

when AXAR is picked why JADDU? can we keep 2 identical players...axar seems to be a better BAT than jaddu in odi and jaddu a better bat than axar in tests so drop jaddu.

IS Kuldeep yadav  a better spinner than Bishnoi for ODI ?? i dont agree but still i will go with that decision.

washington - again he is a tuk tuk washi, if axar is the Preferred pick and kuldeep is the second spinner , will washi be played , if they wish to play him , pick him else no point. his bowling is restrictive so he is good as a bowler but his batting is not ideal as no 7 in odi.

shammi/arsh/harshit are great picks for england  and Boom will replace harshit in champions trophy

Typical one-dimensional team

Rohit, Kohli, Iyer, Rahul, Gill

Kohli can't catch either, Rohit can't field.

These 5 players cannot bowl to save their life. So they must deliver in that batting department. No option to fail.

Bumrah, Shami, Arshdeep - can't bat can't field.

You got 8 One -dimensional player

Now we have all rounders

3 spin all rounders are fake all rounders. The position they bat requires big hitting. None of them can do that. So essentially they make some useless runs. Axar slightly better. But his bowling is crap.

Pandya is the only genuine all orunder. But he is not a finisher anymore. Just a tuk tuker who bats for 10 overs or so.

So this team cannot be allowed to have any mishap. Then they are toast.

He may or may not, the things with matches in India/Asia is that you can get away on flat decks especially in LO because of the lack of pace! This is especially maddening because we clearly had the better spinners yet we wanted those *ing turners vs NZ albeit in tests - there was absolutely no need for those sort of wickets

To put an end to all the circus vadapav has been causing since the T20WC, India needs to get eliminated in the group stages.

A small sacrifice for the bigger picture.

So now that manhoos KL-Qaeda is selected, we can pretty much give up on the trophy :giggle:

Still these guys haven't realized that Kela is the real bad luck facto @vvvslaxman

We have empirical evidence. But like a cockroach he keeps coming back.

For that to happen India has to lose to 2 teams. Pakistan/NZ/BD  2 from that list.

Indian cricket hates Mallus. Dropped Samson and ignored Nair.

Hates KKR players as well with Harshit, Varun C, Venky Iyer and Rinku consistently ignored.

Ideally you should be playing for MI, RCB and maybe CSK. If you're outside of these 3 IPL franchises, best of luck! And if you're someone like Karun Nair who doesn't even play IPL, you may as well look for a new career no matter what you do in domestic cricket.

Whats your thoughts on GILL as ODI player avgs. 58 and SR 101.

But  against Aus - avg. 38 & sr 94, eng (played jst 1 game)-avg 9 & sr 70, Pak -avg 28 & sr 89, SA- avg 25 & SR 90.

Amongst SENA teams have only played in Aus and NZ with avg. 33 and 31 respectively (small sample though)

now by chance if Rohit does  so i feel t practice well and comes back into form , he may not succeed big where as jaiswal, gill would suceed so it is a matter of time when Rohit will understand that test cricket ..he scores 5 runs , in odi , he may score 20 runs but is not going to work out for him

This genius introduced Siraj in 16th over in WC final :hatsoff:

Someone tell him his effectiveness has vanished... as in past tense, but others effectiveness, specially bowlers, reduces the moment he comes even 100 yards close to the team.

He needs to eat vadapav and watch the match from his couch, not himself be a vadapav on the ground.

They hate everyone who is not from Mumbai, MI, CSK :cantstop:

Samson and Nair either need to change the state side or IPL side

Nair went to Vidarbha for quite some time, allegedly he wasn't favoured by Karnataka due to his mallu connection, hence had to switch (don't crucify me, I saw this on some youtube channel).
