Vikrant is a smart chap, he is in this business for 20 plus years and knows very well how to play as per the gallery.

Nope, this is false equivalence and whataboutery. When even likes of Nitin Menon and Srinath said they won't travel, there is no reason for Gupta ji to show this level of urgency and go there lickety split to hobnob with them like long lost brothers and further padosi agenda. It's okay that he has his own baniyamaxxing agenda but there is absolutely nothing wrong in calling it out especially when he himself was singing a different tune 2 months ago.
