Why did we hit Pakistan after terror attack ? Rajnath clearly mentioned we are going after terrorist and there backers ie Pak Army. We were on the verge of putting that fear in ordinary citizens mind that stop backing your military else you also pay the price. We would have peace for next 10-15 years. Now we will see another attack in few years.

Even USA has seen lone wolf attacks after 9/11. Boston marathon bombing, cyclists getting mowed in NYC. It is impossible to stop terrorist attacks anywhere in the world. They only have to succeed once, while they fail a 1000 + times. 
 

Basic question to ask, did we respond to Pahalgam attack? Yes, nobody expected India to hit Pak heartland unlike last time in Balajkot where  we allegedly burnt some trees. 
 

We should look at positives, roadmap for future and have confidence in our capabilities and learn from where we were short (loss of jets). We cannot solve the terrorism problem 100% , just build security systems and keep preventing it
