Fact is when Putin said put all ur air defences in Europe and i will hit the site at given date and time using Osenik, He was saying you are no where in missile Tech. Stop competeing

It was not the reason.  Latest satellite imagery shows not a lot of damage to the site to lead full blown nuclear catastrophe... That being said some radioactive fallout definately happened but manageable.

 

I think US got involved as soon as F16s started getting smoked at Bholari and Nur Khan air base and Turkish Drone operators were dead too.

Here. Only one missile we don’t have is one By Chinese which go s in space and returns back to target. Its still nowhere close to accuracy. Best hit it did was 15 km away from target and they haven’t tested it any further. Missile Teach is solely between India China Russia

I agree with everything you said.

 

On the other hand, Pakistan are not going to stop doing terror attacks. They might think long and hard about the next terror attack given the precedent set by Operation Sindoor but they won't stop.

 

Deterrence is not the same as elimination. India might have deterred future attacks but they haven't eliminated the possibility of future terrorist attack.

Kudos to Indian engineers and scientists. Our Air Defences has worked better than Ukraine Russia Air Defences.  West has nothing comparable. Now Trump wants Golden Shield on US.

can india defend against ground hugging cruise missiles like Brahmos?

This conflict was extremely small scaled .. PAF is built on offense only.. They lack Integrated AD systems.   They probably would learn from this exchange and beg from US and China for Integrated AD systems worth billions.

 

Indian AD systems performance was extraordinary but we need more and more numbers.   Rocket artillery didn't came into play yet.

 

The cost effective upgraded anti aircraft guns worked like a charm against cheaper swarm drones.

PAF didn't anticipate that.

You think such a learned Pak prefessor won't know that the India' point was not detterence , but let Pak face consequences of Terrorists attacks in India. No country will eliminate terrorism 100% unless it is a homegenous population country like China, Japan.

I am happy with atleast we retaliated than just doing ninda of all terrorist attack whenever poorkis terrorist hit in the past. My funda is simple if you want to see terrorist get hit at 2 am in the night vote for current government but if you want to see sc forced to take decision to save a terrorist at 2am in the night than Vote for Pappu!!

SHe was celebrated by Indians when she talked bad about Pak 10 years back. There were threads here too the way she talked about Pakistan abilities and terror support during OBL days when he was eliminated. I figured that she does the same hawkish on India as well and looks down on  "brown" Indians and now it is pretty evident.  Her aukat was exposed when she talked down Hindus and all libtards will so happy.

Well, indian say, Brahmos hits the target. Technically its not cruise that is issue. Its speed of Mach 3 in cruise mode thats issue. AD missile cant catcup.
 

Think our AD is probably combo of various equipment and AI+ML. If there is nothing that can stop Brahmos in AD world , then how can we?

Saying that. I think in future Air to Ship missiles at whatever speed can be neutralised. Its torpaedo thats a pain to ship. Same defence can be employed on key components near a airstrip or Ad
