No workload management for Siraj???

In BGT, Bumrah broke down and everyone saw it live on tv. Everyone talking about it on Social Media. Our management was highly criticized. As a result he played just three matches this series. If it wasn't on tv, they probably wouldn't have done it.

See Siraj. He has played two five match series in less than a year. Does workload management not applied to him? Or is it that there is no public pressure?

He looks in rhythm one match and out of sorts in next. He is inconsistent but it is also true that he needs more rest within matches many a time.

He is this decade's Ishant Sharma. Always ready to give it all.You cannot just look at his stats and dismiss him.He is there for his team

These guys are invaluable for any team.

Agreed. At least he shows up and is willing to do the hard yards and never asks to miss games due to workload.

He does need workload management.

Look at the Aussies. No cricket, in any format, at all for Starc and Cummins until the Aussie summer. Last they played was Test against Windies.

Although he doesn't need it as much as Bumrah because he actually gets his pace from his run up.

Should be rested after this series.

Guys like Kaverappa and other bowlers should slowly be inducted and see what they got.

Bhai he is a trundler.

A trundler by birth has rights to get 10x times more opportunities than a fast bowler.

Plus that species rarely get injured, less of a hassle in their maintenence.

Kaverappa bowls similar speeds to what Kamboj bowls and that's at his best.

You need guys with decent pace (85 mph +)to make things happen at the international level.

Arshdeep is another trundler in FC cricket.

Back Harshit Rana and similar bowlers.

Pick bowlers with a higher ceiling and hope for the best.

Even the much maligned Prasidh has a higher ceiling than bog average trundlers.
