Lol, PCB for the first time had an advantage after making india host outside and then they do this

Its win win for india. If they boycott isolate them and they are the bad guys forever.

If they play last minute despite same refree , they embarassed themselves big time already.

If the refree is changed, the hand shaking drama will again happen next week, then what? Call for firing that referee too?

BCCI came off looking like the reasonable guy here.

Also UAE government is not going to be pleased. They hate their country being embarassed or come across as unprofessional. And this was against their home team in front of home crowd.

Once it went past normal toss time, match should have been awarded to UAE. And Pak kicked out of ACC, again BCCI not showing any initiative.

Match can be delayed due to weather or pitch/outfield conditions, not to accomodate nautanki of one side.

BCCI will do anything for money. It is quite clear by now.

BCCI is relieved that Pak didn't pull out and also managed to beat UAE. BCCI desperately wants to milk the Pak rivalry. Asia Cup is an unofficial 3-match Ind vs Pak series.

Where the 3rd match never happens

Putting aside politics for once, we barely have top level cricket nations, and you want to destroy one of them?

Pak hasn't been a top level cricket nation for quite some time now. With proper investment/backing, proliferation of leagues, new teams will develop. 24 T20 WC should have made that clear, with Afg, USA, Nepal adding life to the tourney.

Anyway that is besides the point, a rogue terror state shouldn't be treated like a civilized one. Punish them enough and they may one day mend their ways like apartheid RSA.

Again, let's set aside the politics (replace Pak with I donno say SL to make the conversation easier). If SL pulled some something crappy like PAK did that day, would it be fair to take away their cricket when only 10-12 countries really plays top level cricket. And out of those 10-12, only about 5-6 of them are top of the class, bottom 4 are almost associate level. When a tournament happens (like the WC/Asia Cup/ CT), it is almost certain that one of the top 5-6 team will lift the cup. By also kicking out that 1 country, you are loosing generations of cricket players - interest and so on. So again, politics aside, I don't think it's a good idea. Punish them with money but taking cricket away will just harm the game.

Can't leave aside politics when they keep sending terrorists across the border to kill our people. Cricket is just a sport, one among hundred, can be easily replaced by another entertainment option.

Why do you think Russia and Ukraine don't play each other in any sport? Or Armenia, Azerbaijan for most of their history? Iran-Israel?

What we have with Pakistan can't be dismissed as just politics. Lives are at stake. Every peace overture from our side has been dismissed with contempt by them, a certain threshold for our tolerance has now been breached.

Yes. USA and UAE should capitalize. First world countries. Decent T20 leagues.

Paksitan should be made total pariahs.

Reflects the delusional world most pakistan live under. Trump kept repeating planes were shot down (without mentioning of which side) so Pakistani continued with we won.

Saudi's few days ago hired pak army as chowkidar for its borders, instead of being ashamed they are celebrating it. They believe Saudis will come to their rescue if we see a sindoor 2.0.

Just because IND has a grudge against 2 nations, rest of the world does not. And no, no multiple nation is upcoming. If my multiple nation, you mean countries like UAE/OMAN where expats rules their cricket - no locals from the country cares - so no, cricket isn't going to be popular in those countries and is not going to expand. Rather, cricket is dying.

I don't need your approval. You are no one to me - just a random npc on a forum. As if religious hate doesn't exist in India ... Calm down with the fake nationalism. Come back with a better argument on what I said rather than personal insults - that's pathetic.
