Lone Wolf Posted November 26, 2025 Posted November 26, 2025 GG ain't surviving this especially after this PC... Lmao nitinbwj and Austin 3:!6 1 1
Prabhdeep Singh Posted November 26, 2025 Posted November 26, 2025 (edited) Absolute hogwash: CT was on autopilot as Rohit the captain already had plans in place. England (flattest pitches ever seen), probably likely result would have been 3-1 but England had a massive brain fade. Asia Cup was basically India vs associate level teams, ironic thing is you have lowered your own standard by playing them recently. Edited November 26, 2025 by Prabhdeep Singh nitinbwj 1

The Realist Posted November 26, 2025 Posted November 26, 2025 Shastri and Dravid had plenty of downsides but Gambhir has ZERO upside. Toxic at all levels.

The focus will move to white ball games and people will start obsessing about ROKO etc once again. Test cricket is not a priority for the Indian public, the media, the coach or the players. This is the inevitable result and there is no one who has the incentive to make any changes. Edited November 26, 2025 by lemsip

He was dodging responsibility and touting his asia cup wins etc all through
goose Posted November 26, 2025 Posted November 26, 2025 we must not forget failures in red ball if we do well in white ball. also gambhir - i am the same man that won the asian cup and champions trophy what a retard
Nikhil_cric Posted November 26, 2025 Posted November 26, 2025 We have gone backwards. There should be certain processes in the system, regardless of who is coach. Guys shouldn't be playing all 3 formats when a home Test series is a few days after a white ball series in Australia Complete shambles. nitinbwj and rollingstoned 1 1

T20 series minus Gill will be fun. That's the only team I want to watch Edited November 26, 2025 by Lone Wolf lemsip 1
Gollum Posted November 26, 2025 Posted November 26, 2025 (edited) This GG is such a liar. When asked about India's poor spin bowling, he said we can't compare a rookie like Washi with Ashwin who had the experience of 100 tests. Abe ghonchu, Ashwin retired soon after his 100 tests. You use that to justify Washi's single wicket in this series? Washi has played 15 tests. When Ashwin had 15 tests experience, he had already won MOTS against Aus, NZ and WI, all 3 of those series being whitewashes in our favor at home, a concept alien to this squad. He got flak for failing in the 2012 series (12 wickets in 4 tests) against England when he had the experience of <10 tests, same series where he scored 300 runs with the bat and second top scorer behind Pujara. Had Washi produced such numbers, everyone would be hailing him and justifying his poor bowling, for his AR abilities. Not to forget that despite all the criticism and mockery, Ashwin immediately bounced back with 30 wickets in 2013 BGT as we blanked Clarke's Aus 4-0. I am done with the mollycoddling of these so called juniors. Pant, Jaiswal, Bumrah, Washi, Gill, KD, Siraj are at the peak of their powers and yet have allowed two consecutive whitewashes at home against top 8 sides in the span of just over a year. Everyone picks out the ending stage of previous era stars to make this bunch look good, how about we compare these guys with the previous gen at similar ages? Gollum Posted November 26, 2025 Posted November 26, 2025 GG took credit for CT win and then said NZ series was with a different team Kohli, Rohit should double chokeslam this clown. nitinbwj 1

Gollum Posted November 26, 2025 Posted November 26, 2025 Amidst all this, don't forget that GG delayed Rana's debut so that KKR could get him as an uncapped player in the auction. This guy is not just inept at his job but also a crook. bowl_out 1
Gollum Posted November 26, 2025 Posted November 26, 2025 What a train wreck of a PC. Worst I have ever witnessed in this sport. He should be immediately fired from all formats, not just about tests anymore. We don't want a filthy weasel in charge of any Indian team, ever again. rollingstoned and Mosher 2
