You don't need to press the tetua...just keep on drugging him with toxins which easily can mix with Blood and pass through urine. Another way is to give him high doses of sugar...rise his blood sugar and then give abnormally high quantity of insulin. He doesn't need to go overboard with Imran and jeopardize all his hard work done and People will lose trust on Pak army yet again.
