The ship's captain probably figured that he could skirt the Indian Waters and would be safe. He would have been right except that he needed to go into International Waters / Srilankan waters before going back to Indian waters. The Iranians shouldn't have made their ships leave Vishakapatnam in the first place. velu and ravishingravi 2

kepler37b Posted March 7 Author Posted March 7 (edited) War is brutal. Om Shanti to this young guy. And also to the numerous young men the regime killed in protests. All the mullah's must be limited to mosques and a secular governement must take over. So many young men were un-alived for the mad quest of mullah's to regional hegemony in the middle east and also for their religious intolerance. bsriharsha Posted March 7 Posted March 7 Regime Changes rarely work out and only serve to destabilize the country and the region even more. US and their allies have never learnt their lessons. The Islamic Revolution in Iran was itself a response of the Westerners keeping the Pahlavi's over Mossadek.

US tried to intervene and iranians seek refuge in the Mullah's. But Mullah's should deliver. There is no reason to stay in power if you impose an inflation of 50% on your population, inspite of good oil wealth and inspite of good human resources. Any civilization, be it islamic or hindu or western or chinese, people want prosperity and peace. Mullah's absolutely failed in the former. It is time they step down and hand over power.

In many ways present day US is another form of British Empire, who looks down the others and tries to assert their control. US's whole and sole aim is to continue to domination and crush any competitor, be it erstwhile USSR or present day China. Everything else in between is just a collateral damage for them, in future India too will face the same. US has mastered the policy of divide and rule. It knows very well that its primary challengers are in Asia, hence its taking every possible step to ensure its challengers dont get united. Hence, its using its economic might to pull out best brains for India, China, Russia while its military might is being used to suppress and control the energy rich nations.

Destabilize a country because their leader would not give you oil. 2. Set up bootlickers like the Pahlavis , Resentment increases 3. Islamic Revolution happens because of the resentment of Iranians against Pahlavis 4. helping Saddam Hussein in the Iran Iraq War 5. Discourage other countries from buying Iranian Oil 6. The one good thing under Obama - The nuclear deal with Iran - Withdraw from it when Trump comes to power. 7. Sanction the * out of the country - How are Iran supposed to earn money then ? Iran has oil but isn't allowed to sell them. You force the country into a corner like what US/UK have systematically done, you force them into a war for survival. Except China and Russia, Iran has no suitable trading partners. Indians tried to trade with them but increasing threat of sanctions made us withdraw mostly from Chabhabar port. The part where western powers have *ed over Iran initially is the one that shouldn't be forgotten. These *ing assholes don't learn their lessons at all.
