You have to describe the scenario first and generate the cartoon. And also description of character if any. IT is quiet often hit or miss depending on what engine you use. Gemini is pretty good most of the time. But each moderate in their own way. SOmetimes they moderate even lame things.  NSFW stuff almost everyone moderates except Grok who produces some hyper-realistic NSFW stuff with action lol

The top players always have access to the best bats. It's the same if you are looking at tennis. The top tennis racquet that are used by the top 50-60 won't be used by players who are 200th ranked etc. 

If we are talking this about SL grassroot level players not having the same quality bats as what Indian grassroot level players have, it might be a point as the spending ability etc etc kicks in. Also Indian bat makers are possibly not supplying there because there's enough local demand. 

But when you talk about FC level and upper , every cricketer will invest in good bats and if he's a recognized players, bat makers will approach them to make customized bats. 

These SL journalists/politicians etc etc have some really weird takes.
