He did not have the team.You cannot blame Gill for having Sundar at number 4.

 

RCB were 155/2 chasing 207. ABDV,Shane Watson and KL Rahul were still to come. You blame captain.

Idiot took Venky Iyer for 24cr when RCB went all the way to 23.75 or something which completely changed RCB auction for the better

How did he build in his first year when him becoming captain was a doubt.He was handed a very balanced team.
