They were defending the ball end to end unlike England who tries to defend only inside penalty area. Even just outside penalty area they were not trying to defend. That is why Messi could serve uber easy crosses.

I think Two Shell should have started subbing earlier - the match in Mexico City altitude and the extra time vs Norway in Miami had taken its toll. The legs of some of his hardworkers were gone. He should have subbed them before being down 2-1.

Yep, this has been the strategy every match, Messi plays regular midfield and up for 75 to 80 minutes and then he moves to right wing and creates those chances which has been a huge reason for the comebacks every match. And they are all vary of his left foot but he has been creating chances with his right recent matches cricketfan28 1
