Freak hand eye coordination and on par with Viv and Steve Smith there. Best puller of the ball after Ponting and Viv, like Lara in tests he would absolutely demolish bowlers in ODIs with such ease when on song.

Great entertainer. Thank you so much N0hit!!

There was similar news about Dhoni when we toured there in 2018. Similar headlines- him retiring after 3rd ODI when he played embarrassingly slow in Lords ODI. Not only he didn't retire, he went on to play next year wc and screwed us more.

Yep. So many false flags there also. Also with Rohit. Many said Australia was his last series also.

good riddance. One of the most overrated indian cricketers ever

utter disgrace to see his levels of fatness and a poor representation for India

Don’t these guys like to retire at home, preferably at home venue? :phehe:

That's what I thought. He could have retired after the last home tour against Afg.

Maybe there is some liking to retiring at Lord's

Pointlessly hung on after the CT win in Dubai.

That was a perfect stage to call it quits just like the T20 final. He had played a trademark impactful knock that day and won us the final. Needless drama..

Jaiswal would have got more game time

So maybe he is not retiring at Lord’s. He may do a drama about retiring at home.

He probably would've retired from all formats last year if India had won on 19 November. He dragged it to try giving himself one more shot at winning the WC.

Rohit haa played some great innings and has been a fantastic batter in his time..

Now he looks rusty most of the times and good time to say goodbye and preserve his legacy

Rohit has been my favorite player for past decade. Its just sad to see him struggle after all the joy he has brought to us fans. I do hope he retires as i want to remember him for the hit-man he was and not a player for legends league that we see today.

Maybe Virat wanted to host the retirement celebration in his home.

Are you happy with the way he is batting?

Jeez just retire man. Do something else. Enjoy life. You’ve had a good career. Why cause friction n stress by overstaying.
