I rooting for the white walkers now :mad: GRRM hasn't killed him in the book. In the TV show also he has been shown as dying, not dead. Most rumors suggest he is alive - he has not changed his haircut since the end of season 5 and has been seen in locations where shooting is taking place. Yeah, that's the problem with having to finish the show in 2 seasons while also not having any books to reference.
