Didnt we lose @ home that too against lowly England with noob bowler like monty who should have been spanked. Although I agree with Dhoni that one needs to back your player but it doesn't mean you keep on giving them chances after repeated failures. Vinay Kumar was a prime example of this. He blocked Mohammed shami for an year.
