Should Suresh Raina be given another chance in test team?

Yeah extremely harsh to call him a coward, he has worked hard to try to overcome his deficiency but just has not happened. I love Raina, hes a real pro and has guts, but unfortunately is not a test player

I will never discard someone permanently since these gusy still score heavy runs in atleast one format. I would just say that currently he doesn't fit anywhere near the test team, but if our other hopefulls go horribly in next 9 away test which include the complete Eng and Aus tour, then we can think about promoting him to the test side next year provided that he is scoring some runs in domestic.

He is better than over rated kohli and tailunt. Poor guy always comes down the order with few balls to face in loi, but still making very good impact in most of the matches I would any day play him even in tests over these guys.

I would take him at a heartbeat. From whatever matches I have seen Raina this year has enough proof that he has resolved the short pitch delivery mess. Another good reason why I would take him in the team is because of slip catching. He is a brilliant slip catcher. Can contribute with a bit of bowling .
