He is not just questioning Modi, he is questioning the army itself and shows deep mistrust and contempt for them. Actually, it's not his first time either, he previously called the Batla encounter fake. On Pakistan, they didn't believe the clear evidence of Mumbai attacks or Pathankot, so we are wasting our time here on the prove.
