If he performs like this again and does well next year too, we need to get such guys in India A at least. If some player is failing all of a sudden then based on old numbers, no one is retained, then why do we change the criteria for someone who needs to be selected when his 43 average is the one from previous years. Go by the present form, If someone is consistently doing well over two years, then he needs to make the Indian 2nd x1. and calling a 26 year old is a joke. Hussey made debut at 31. Lol@bad affects. They had players who retired and thats about it and some who did not do as well. The new players they picked, it's not that they have been scoring a lot of runs from few years. They were just recently impressive and got lucky that Australian team went for overhaul after a poor home series against South Africa. And regarding naming few bats, is this writen in come constitution that if you average 40 in first few years of domestic career , you shouldn't be picked for India A side ever even if you have few good back to back seasons.
