Rahane didn't command enough respect by telling everyone to shut up. Maybe he was not sure about his own opinions. The other extreme is Ashwin who despite making stupid changes and creating controversy with the mankading, sticks to his decisions and forced every non-striker to ground the bat Kohli is another stupid brat with his wrogn jersey and douchey sunglasses. Kohli and Ashwin run their teams with an iron fist whereas Rahane runs his with a malnourished fist.
