Beating the Aussies is always fun. Indian batsmen need to go all out tomorrow. Maybe finish this thing off inside 10-12 overs. That would shut the Aussie media for a while. Suddenly the whole series will start looking like we dominated . Smith's baby cry face after a humiliating loss would be the perfect end to a Dominating season.

There is no need to be over aggressive. A slow and steady 10 wicket win would also be a crushing victory. The openers should both aim to bat till the end and not count on somebody else to come in and finish the job.

It's 87 runs for God sake. Why be so pessimistic ? Yes collapses do happen but not always. Making an Impact is as important as winning the series.

It's a pitch where collapses can easily happen and you can lose 6 wkts for 30 odd. Why take the chance on such a pitch, especially when our batting lineup is extremely light? Win the Test and the series and then troll likes of Ben Horne

Bang bang as in slog ? I dont think that's the right approach. If they look to play positively, that is if they play scoring shots off half vollies or wide deliveries or deliveries on legs, they will score runs at a good rate as the field will be an attacking one. 

 

Dont have to manufacture shots as if you get out, you will just look silly. That's not how you bat in test cricket as the pitch is still helpful for seamers and the ball is still new.

Most brutal victory will be a 10 or 9 wicket victory . I would take a 106/1 in 35 overs than 106/7 in 19 overs in a heartbeat.

Else 20 years from now people will look at the scorecard and get a wrong picture.

What if India lose a couple early trying to go bang-bang against Cummins and Hazlewood, and Pujara fails? Why put pressure on a pretty lighweight and inexperienced lineup? Karun Nair is a walking wicket already and if we lose Vijay, Rahul and Pujara early, it would be a pretty dicey situation. Let's win the match. this is not a odi where we may get a bonus point or increase our net RR.

I think the best victory is like 2001, give them (Oz media) to celebrate the Aussie spirit, but still no good, the series is lost !

Would be awesome if a wicket falls 15 odd runs short of victory and Jadeja is sent in to hit the winning runs.
