Too early to comment on him, he can surely hit but needs to do against quality bowlers also. Will reserve my judgement on him or be too excited about him. Good and happy for him but long way to go for him.

Yeah but its exciting to see 18-19 year old's like Ishan and Pant smack 90m sixes. That takes special talent and they have got lot of time to learn and improve their game.

Yes, thats why I said I am happy for him. Now needs to continue to do and get promoted also i hope so he can get to bat early like how Samson gets to bat early for Delhi.

Currently Kishan is coming pretty low in the order, would be nice to see him come early and acore some runs and bat in the first 15 overs. Will make him a better batsman.

Those times were different man :phew: we are in 21st century now.. stop talking about 90s

Whatever, a talent is a talent... whether it's in 90s or in 21st century.. India has already lost many talents waiting for them to be prepared.. u can see, every nation has quite a few players from the 2012 under19 WC playing regularly for their nation, India has none despite having many talents.. in fact none of them is even in consideration to make it to national side.. while de kock from the same WC is now among the best in the world, India has had only Sandip Sharma who played only once.. players like baba aparajith, vijay zol, unmukt chand, smit patel have only gone downwards in the name of getting prepared.

If its talent you can't lose it... Talent is talent look at Rohit sharma... Kock changed his game he was dropped so many times for Rsa. The once you named above were never INTL materials mate

Compare Zol or Aparajith's stats in domestic cricket in last 3 years and previous 3 years.

And talent can b lost, look at Vinod Kambli.

De kock could change his game because SA board trusted him despite being dropped again and again. They didn't feel he is too young to be prepared for international cricket..

Australia didn't think Sandhu, Agar or Head were too young to b in national side, England didn't think that about Duckett, Pakistan about Azam, Srilanka about Dickewala, NZ about Sodhi,  west indies about braithwaite, Bangladesh didn't think so about taskin, saumya, liton or al amin... and see most of them hv impressed at international level too, particulaly all the b'deshis from that WC..

Only india thinks that its too early to make into national side..players should b given time to mature n get prepared... in the process, many players lose motivation, discipline and urge to think big.

Just because they have good domestic record that doesn't mean they are INTL material... Many people have good record but never a hit in ipl or INTL

Yes, they might not be hit in international... but we would never know unless we give them chance. If a player is capable of playing international cricket, he should get the chance as early as possible.. no point in waiting for them to be groomed better.. they can be groomed, and in fact groomed better, in national side under the guidance of international players and coaches with far more disciplined routine than in domestic cricket..
