velu Posted April 18, 2017 Posted April 18, 2017 guy with clean six hitting abilities put the trundler in his place !!! express bowling, UrmiSinhaRay, rahulrulezz and 1 other 1 3
express bowling Posted April 18, 2017 Posted April 18, 2017 Big big talent. Powerful hitter of the ball. Awesome innings today. Loved the way he decimated trundler Arvind. velu, UrmiSinhaRay, Mosher and 1 other 1 3
Mosher Posted April 18, 2017 Posted April 18, 2017 Ishan is another big talent like Pant. Have seen him smashing trundler Mohit all round the park in a Ranji game. Should be sent higher up the batting order. express bowling, velu, UrmiSinhaRay and 1 other 1 3
WeStMiDz Posted April 18, 2017 Posted April 18, 2017 (edited) Initially didn't look to have the natural hitting of Pant but as soon as he smashed one, the confidence quickly came through. Good that he got this performance in as it secures his place for another couple of games. Edited April 18, 2017 by WeStMiDz velu and UrmiSinhaRay 1 1
sscomp32 Posted April 18, 2017 Posted April 18, 2017 I should have opened this thread but atleast someone did. He just needed time. Last match he got time and this match he exploded. But got such a poor team. SRH would have been awesome. They seriously lack Indian batting talent. RPS would be ok too but GL is too batting heavy. Sidhoni, Laaloo, DDfan2017 and 3 others 5 1
Number Posted April 18, 2017 Posted April 18, 2017 MSD likes him. Will be in CSK next year. sandeep and velu 2
Bleed-Blue Posted April 18, 2017 Posted April 18, 2017 Next step for him to hit a genuine fast bowler like Pant did to Yadav the other day, we know he can smash spinners and Trundlers. velu, Laaloo, express bowling and 4 others 7

Mariyam Posted April 19, 2017 Posted April 19, 2017 Is he the only IPL cricketer whose first name, in order, is contained in his second name? Sidhoni, express bowling, Texan and 4 others 7

Texan Posted April 19, 2017 Posted April 19, 2017 His knock was pretty phenomenal. Needs to be a little more consistent I feel. With options like Pant and Kishan, I struggle to understand why we keep picking MSD. JaFanatic 1

You don't want them to come at the international stage unprepared.

Besides Dhoni is doing poorly and no longer deserves a place in the team only because of his historical contributions.

If we thought that way then Sachin would have never been the Sachin we got, Yuvi would have never been the Yuvi we have. And even if they are unprepared, they will be groomed better in Indian team than in their domestic team. beetle 1
Cricketics Posted April 19, 2017 Posted April 19, 2017 Too early to comment on him, he can surely hit but needs to do against quality bowlers also. Will reserve my judgement on him or be too excited about him. Good and happy for him but long way to go for him.

We need to train people in Dhoni school of keeping or else we will keep moaning about slow stumpings. Dont want his technique to get extinct after he retires. And before anybody quotes me out of context by cherry picking THIS IS ONLY ABOUT SPINNERS NOT PACERS. Bleed-Blue, Shunya, Sidhoni and 4 others 6 1
