He is a medium pacer at best.

 

Quality bat though.Has been for last 2-3 seasons.

I like Shankar as a batting allrounder. Proper batsman, can hit big shots and bowls medium-fast, can swing the ball.

He could be the fast bowling all rounder and he competes with pandya. Pandya bowling is stronger and shankar batting. Acc to the need we can play either

 

In odi he can play at 6 n pandya at 7 allowing us to play 2 or 3 spinners on many occasions.

 

If shankar keeps doing well he can give us a lot of option in future

His bowling is accurate, mostly bowl's in the corridor.He can bowl at 135+ kmph speeds.

He looks intelligent, cricketer.He was earmarked by Dravid as all-rounder,but due to injury he was sidelined & Hardik grabbed the opportunity.

He is a 1st choice all-rounder for Dravid in A teams
