India without Kohli and openers failing

This makes for interesting watch. I was hoping for this to not see some of our regular players and see how the young guys can do along with Sir Dhoni :)

Both openers gone cheaply and our Stalwart is not in the line up, which is good for all us as we wanted some other guys to be tested in ODI line up.

Kohli is generally rubbish on such wickets. We won't miss him here, you and your constant hyping of certain players .

Kohli doesn't need hype. Your focus is too much on Kohli. You need to think beyond being anti-kohli every time. This thread is just about our regular batters not present.

Even Sanjay Bangar and Aakash Chopra , despite their limitations, can display better technique when seamers on top than modern day Manish Pandeys and Shreyas Iyers ? Not to mention the TTFs that batted at #4 today, and Dowan and Rohit weakness against moving ball is well known.

I am not anti Kohli, I am anti Dhoni. And yes some players are hyped here.

There is nothing anti-Kohli about this. Kohli's career suggests that he has consistently failed in such conditions.

He does alright like once in a while... but his batting on green tracks is still questionable.
