I would say 500 runs after South Africa scoring 400 runs in second innings :p.Pitch has eased up a bit and is  best for batting now .

Dale Steyn is mostly done for the match. They are 1 bowler short. It does give us an outside chance and obviously they will be little cautious about not giving us any chance with one bowler short.

So, nothing less than 400
