Yes, I rate some of the players you mentioned, but where are they in the pecking order? Behind Shaw, shubnam and Agarwal?  So you see a problem there? 

I rate nitish rana above Agarwal as a batsmen, but like most people even our selectors blindly go by stats which Agarwal has this season and he will be picked, though we need a Rana in more than Agarwal.

the selectors get paid to solve exactly the same issues,unfortunately we have a incompetent bunch as selectors compounded by a very incompetent team management and captain who has no spine.
