Ashes in Eng (pref Lords) & Australia.

I'm confident of being able to plan an overseas cricket trip every year sometime in the future, not sure if i'll have the drive for it and test cricket will be as popular at that time.

Have watched only 1 one Ipl game till date.

Things to do

Watch dhoni play live for India.

Watch a match in UK.

Will hopefully watch a ranji match since bihar have a team now. :)

Ranchi hosts FC games, why don't you attend those? You can travel to Ranchi during weekends and watch at least a day to return back.

Have watched only one match till now in stadium and India lost that ODI - Ind Vs WI in Chepauk (2006 or 07). From then on decided not to watch any India match live. I had got ticket for Day 3 of Lords test and sold it just a few days before because of rain, thankfully didn't attend it.

Seems like I am a panauti when it comes to watching cricket in stadium, so will stick to TV :--D

View is better on TV but stadiums is for atmosphere. Cricket stadiums are pretty shitty to begin with.

IPL is fun. Atmosphere and number players you get to see in action.

Still remember yorkers from Morkel in KKR v DD match in 2012 IPL.

I watched Ind-Eng test 2012 at Kolkata. Day 4, India batted and saw SRT, Sehwag, Gambhir all folding up.

I live in a very small city of Rajasthan.  So distance is a problem.  Only try to watch international matches.  But will try ipl some day as suggested by you if by chance I am at venue city.
