Scoring fast won't be easy. We would neither score runs and will lose all wickets in a few overs time.

Considering that we have Pandya and Pant in the 11, Rahane should ideally be slotted at #7 or in the top 3 unless the conditions/situation demands him to bat at #5

We have enough runs on the board. If we can't defend 478 in the 4th innings then we deserve to lose.

 

What will happen if say half a day is lost to rain  ?   I know it is not expected ... but one can never be sure in England.

Why is everyone so stressed about quick runs ? Rahane could do better but we got 2 full days of clear weather and a huge lead. No harm in tiring & demoralizing Eng.
