We've chased only twice this World Cup. I think we need to try and test our preparedness for batting in the second innings. 

 

Lanka are a side with decent bowlers so we'll be up against a decent attack.

What if aus loose match vs south africa tomorrow and while chasing we loose close contest? why take risk when there is chance to play New Zealand book ticket for final.

so, are you saying that  if we are chasing we would definitely lose? That means ,if we   are to win the cup, we should win both tosses in semi & final(provided we reach there) , isn't it?

there is risk with batting second (but will still win against lankan side) and if we have chance to play against new zealand then why take risk?
