All he had to do was take some risks when Jadeja was going well. Not even risks actually. He got some freebies but was looking to take singles. It almost never works especially against good bowling side. You can’t let go full tosses and legside freebies in the 45th over because you have one over of neesham left Adi BB 1

I think the biggest culprit is the team management and selection committee for not giving enough chances to pant or mayank so that we could have solved the middle order connundrum. Bowlers who cannot bat or field should be thrown out unless they are bumrah. Number 5 and 7 should be batting all-rounder. Start moulding both pant and hardik for number 5. Put kulcha on notice. But no he was busy consuming dot balls and adding pressure on Jadeja. And then hit a useless 6 when the game was out of reach. sandsaims 1
