Pakistan's Economic Auqaat: A Reality Check

In past few weeks we have seen increasing rhetoric from Kaali Daal and his military masters going as far as threatening to nuke India. They are not only contemplating closure Pakistan's air space to India but also a complete ban on use of Pakistan trade routes for Indian trade to Afghanistan. This despite their economy teetering on a brink of collapse.

Today's Indian Express had some shockingly revealing stats exposing Pakistan's real situation economy wise and I thought I would share them here.

India Pakistan Compared

According to World Bank,

Pakistan's GDP at the end of 2018 stood at $254 billion. For India the figure was $2.84 trillion.

To put this in perspective, if India grows at 7% in 2019 ,  it would add almost $200 billion in just one financial year - or almost 80% of Pakistan's 2018 GDP.

Another way to compare: India's GDP was at the level where Pakistan's is today 44 years ago- in 1975.

State of Pakistan's Economy now

Pakistan is expected to grow at less than 3% in 2019 and 2020 as per IMF estimates. To make matters worse for an average Pakistani,  slower growth hasn't abated a sharp rise in retail inflation which stood close to 9% in May 2019.

According to a Bloomberg report, Pakistan's Fiscal Deficit is already at 8.9% of GDP- reportedly the highest in almost three decades.

Pakistan's exchange rate has continued to plummet - from levels of 140 to the US dollar in the middle of May, it has fallen to nearly 157 this week.

Drowning in Debt

As of March 2019, country's outstanding debt was more than $85 billion. It has taken loans from very large countries in Western Europe and Middle East. It's largest creditor is China.

In may this year, Pakistan reached out to the IMF for the 23rd time in its existence ,  seeking a $6 billion bailout. The Pakistan Govts revenues must go by a whooping 40% in this financial year to meet the IMF's loan conditionalities.

So there you have the facts right here. This is the real auqat of the terrorist nation which can't even survive 2 days without a bheekh from it's daddy China and they have nerve to threaten us lol.

Oh and btw, the last time Pakistan closed its air space post Balakot, it suffered a loss of around $50 million. I would like to see these bhikharis try this tactic this time around. Would be akin to death sentence for Kaali Daal. Not that I'm complaining. It's been too long since we witnessed a coup in Pakistan.

About time we had one.

It's not a game of Kabaddi Panther bhai.

There are billions of innocent lives at stake here not to mention the glaring possibility of destruction of the entire human race.

And we'll just sit and watch ? :bandit:

Anyways , you can do as much nuke nuke as you want but your masters China and US would have to completely let go off the leash on you for that to happen. Do you see that happening ?

India needs to plan for Pakistan going kamikaze

There are two military things we can do.

(a) S400 please accelerate purchase and implementation. Pakistan cannot deliver nuke via the sea or air (apart from toss bombing along border). So attack will come via land. Defend it well. Multiple S400 systems need to be deployed as close as possible to the border.

(b) Miniaturise nukes and fit them onto the Brahmos missile which can be delivered by air sea and land. Ie a tactical nuclear bomb.  This means the India does not need to be impacted by the fall out radius.  The american army calls it a davy crokkett method of warfare. A nuke with a 6-7km nuclear fallout radius should be enough to take out cities without much impact in India.

Is not we should be comparing ourselves with china? China economy is 13 Trillion dollars and still growing more than 6%. Indian economy size is 2.7 Trillion dollars.

California a state in USA with a Population of only 40 million has bigger economy than Whole of India. Mind it  population of India is 1250 Million.

India is a third world country and sits at the bottom of most of social economic parameters.

Comparing with Pakistan and getting a feel good factor looks childish.

Doesn't affect him. The reason he is running his mouth is that he is most probably one of those minimum wage Mirpuri leeches living in Bradford that survives on British government doles.

The ordinary Abduls living in Pak already have too many issues to deal with than to care about nuking India.
