Real McCoy Posted December 24, 2019 Posted December 24, 2019 You know what. He deserved it. He is a foreign national. He shouldn't be participating in any protests. I want you to try this for size. Lets say you go to Germany, US or any western country and participate in any protest. I don't mean the normal protests that is funded by the govt itself for divide and conquer. Go to those countries and hold up something that is a peaceful protest but is considered criminal in those countries. Lets say you go to Germany and say holocast didnt happen. Forget deportation. You would end up in prison and mostly never heard from again. Good on whoever made the decision to deport him. Muloghonto, sergio04 and LordPrabhzy 3

If you read conspiracy theories they are known to cause chaos in the world for their own agenda. Karl Marx was Jewish. They are the masters of divide and conquer. Starting wars and profiting from banking and weapons sales. Real McCoy 1

Gollum Posted December 24, 2019 Posted December 24, 2019 German student at IIT-Madras not forced out, was going home for Christmas anyway: MHA IIT-Madras student Jakob Georg Lindenthal had violated his visa norms by participating in an “organised protest”, Ministry of Home Affairs sources tell ThePrint. Quote New Delhi: A German exchange student who was allegedly asked to leave India after he was seen protesting against the Citizenship Amendment Act in Chennai was not “forced out” and was scheduled to leave for home Monday, a source in Ministry of Home Affairs told ThePrint. The source added that Jakob Georg Lindenthal, a Master’s student in the Department of Physics at IIT-Madras, had violated his visa norms that prohibit participation in an organised protest. According to the source, the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) received a complaint mentioning that Lindenthal was seen at an “organised protest”, which is a visa violation, and action should be taken against him. “A person who has come to India on a student visa cannot be a part of an organised protest. That is a violation,” the source said. He added there was no “coercive action” against Lindenthal and he was informed “orally” about possible action against him. “In such cases, when we receive these complaints, we carry out an inquiry and take necessary action. In most cases, it is just a warning,” the source added. A second source told ThePrint that a “discreet inquiry” was initiated against Lindenthal after they received complaints about him carrying a poster that said, ‘1933 to 1945; We Have Been There’, pointing to Nazi rule in Germany. The source also said officials from FRRO did visit Lindenthal after they found out about his alleged proximity to a Marxist group, Chinta Bar, which organised the protest at IIT-Madras. The source said the officials asked him about the purpose of his visit, checked his document and asked him why was he at the protest. The official, however, said they did not ask Lindenthal to “leave the country” and also did not give him anything in writing. “He was told that he has committed a violation and his visa could be cancelled. He then told us that he had already booked tickets because he was anyway leaving for home for Christmas,” the source said. Speaking to The Indian Express, however, Lindenthal said he was given “oral directions” to leave the country and so he returned to his hostel, booked his tickets and left. Had a valid visa According to the first source, Lindenthal came to India on 26 July and has a student visa which is valid until 27 June 2020. He was on a student exchange programme for a year. During his visit to India, in October, Lindenthal went to Goa, then to Puducherry and then Chennai. “His visa was never cancelled. He was just informed that what he was doing was a violation and that is in accordance to procedure,” an official said. ThePrint is now on Telegram. Real McCoy Posted December 24, 2019 Posted December 24, 2019 Cant expect basic decency from someone who visits a marxist group. What I don't get it how come this marxist group can hold their protest at IIT campus. Its a technology institute not some artsy fartsy college where students protest for the sake of protesting. IIT Madras is a prestigious institute. How the mighty have fallen. EPS must make sure no marxists are entertained in IIT Madras. He must make Chinta Bar into Chinta Bahut with some intervention by authorities. Nobody got hurt nobody got injured thats what I heard

Blasphemy. i need physical evidence of his visa and travel ticket only then I will believe he wasn’t forced out

Gollum Posted December 24, 2019 Posted December 24, 2019 (edited) Let us reverse the situation: 1. Say because of failure to integrate in German society Merkel decides to cancel any chance of future citizenship for troublemaking immigrant groups or those who came in without following legal process. Hypothetical situation, don't ask me to get into specifics . 2. As a result riots in Germany, trains/buses/stations/schools burnt, billion Euros worth public property down the drain, 20+ lives lost, gender violence, private properties vandalized, loot/plunder, attack on civilians & law enforcement agencies throughout the country, huge arms seizure, lethal weapons like bombs and assault rifles confiscated. Country on the edge.... 3. Some Turkic group in Germany with a dodgy history and which has sent fighters to ISIS from its ranks (equivalence with PFI) involved in the conspiracy and ensuing violence, leading protesters affiliated to that group. Chance of international conspiracy to destabilize Germany. 4. Somewhat peaceful protests in certain high profile colleges but in one particular college in Hamburg an Indian exchange student named Gollum participates in defiance of his visa rules and carries provocative slogans (can't think of something worse than Nazi comparison of this chap).....as a result it grabs some eyeballs on the international stage. This at a time when Germany is in quasi national emergency (panicky goras, they not chilled like us Indians ) mode with several police stations being waylaid by murderous mobs. 5. What will German authorities do? Make Gollum honorary mayor of Hamburg? Throw a sausage party for him with Merkel, Becker, Klum, Schweinsteiger in attendance and Rammstein providing entertainment for the night? Or demand answers, launch some sort of an investigation? Germany is a developed country with population comparable to Karnataka. Also no hostile neighbors and security challenges like India. I am sure their intelligence, training, equipment etc are far better compared to what our guys have at their disposal. After taking these things into consideration what wrong did our Home Ministry do? Warning him or some cross-checks by intel is a crime now? Are foreigners going to dictate how our concerned authorities should do their job? That's what Congress is hinting at, and the usual suspects. No wonder they missed that gora looking David Headley whilst he traveled from city to city researching, studying our weaknesses, giving vision to what was to follow on 26/11. No wonder Kudankulam protests were effortlessly instigated by Western groups which wanted to sabotage our quest to increase our MW capacity in a region that saw 4 hours power cut daily. Once bitten, twice shy...in fact multiple times bitten. Now can't our agencies do their jobs without being guilt tripped, humiliated just for doing their jobs? Sure they might be extra cautious but better safe than sorry !!! With our internal security challenges what the agencies have being doing since 2014 is a miracle....most major Indian cities are safer from terror attacks than London, Sydney, Barcelona, Paris, Berlin, Stockholm, New York, Manchester etc. One of these must have happened. 1. That guy was indulging in some shady activity, hence fled the moment he knew there would be an investigation. 2. Or as the Home Ministry official said, he had already booked his flight for the holiday season and liberals jumped the gun to help their agenda...catchy headline no? Maybe he was invited & coaxed into joining by some local Marxist group with which he ideologically associates with and wasn't aware of student visa rules, if he comes back he should answer questions, and a verbal dressing down by TN police to make him understand rules/regulations for future reference....precedent must be set at least now. Eikhane tomader gandmosti cholbe naa, mah country mah rulez. 3. Guy took the initiative cos he has a serious white savior complex and wanted to educate us natives...no thanks, fukc off, pack your bags and I repeat fukc off to your Deutschland and solve your country's pending problems. All of us here would think 1000 times and no matter how pressing, still back away from doing something similar to what this guy did in a foreign country, and for good reason. FischerTal Posted December 24, 2019 Posted December 24, 2019 (edited) guys.... please lets not be swayed by emotions. there were many foreign nationals who participated in the anti-CAA protests. so why did this "German" student get singled out? well it might just be that a German court had recently convicted an Indian Sikh couple for spying on Kashmiri and Khalistani groups based out of Germany for RAW. this is just GOI's way of sending a message to Berlin. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-50763008 German court sentences Indian couple for spying on Kashmiri and Sikh groups Edited December 24, 2019 by FischerTal
