They need to invest in the grassroot organizations and strengthening local party cadres. Shaheen Bagh protests are only for the last 2 months of the 5 years of AAP's tenure. And most sources indicate a Congress/SP backed protest. Congress completely collapsed ,a tactical defeat ,even had they retained their 10 PC vote share ,BJP would have won at least 10-15 more of the triangular contested seats .
