Hope Aussies whitewash this team

We lost against them on such wickets last year, without the big 3 & Labu. The fact is our team is seriously shite against spin, they might be slightly better against pace than the last gen but totally **** even against mediocre spinners. This is where we lost the last game as well, against Agar & champak.

A loss doesn't guarantee anything, especially with the power Kohli, plus cheers leader, wield. Remember what happened in 2011/12 after the humiliation of our away tours? Dhongi clung on for another 4 years! But he did get rid of potential captains, namely Sehwag & GG. Granted their scores weren't great but the point it only made MS' grip on the team stronger, because he could throw others under the bus as scapegoat for losses.

Coming to his chela Kohli, after CT 17 final ( even assuming Kohli's long standing rift with Kumble was a non issue) the person who got the boot was Kumble. After the fiasco in SA, Kohli dropped Pujara first up in England, but had Dahwan in of course because * logic. If it wasn't for Pujara, he would've been humiliated in Oz as well. Lastly what happened after 2019 WC & playing 4 WK (including KL) in the SF?

Kohli isn't going anywhere, especially after bilateral losses. As long as he scores runs against chumps & meaningless games he'll be a permanent fixture in this setup for the foreseeable future.

After the CT Final, we did try to move on from Ash-Jadeja and did taste success for a while with Kulcha till England in 2018.

Then we had that infamous Dhoni game where he got booed and we lost the series. Instead of making tough calls, we started tinkering with Kulcha and blame our tail and Jadeja re-appeared on the scene from nowhere.

After the last Aus tour, Shankar came into the team and Rayudu who looked like he was going to the WC got dropped. DK who was dropped for Aus got recalled.

In fact the WC debacle has seen no change. DK and Shankar were dropped that's pretty much it and they both were the easily dispensable ones. What other changes do you see?

I am not saying changes may all be good but there will be changes if we get thrashed here.

No habla indhi. But since you've written 5-0 I'm assuming that you're saying India might lose 5-0.

I don't mind if that happens and i'd like to see some heads roll and especially i'd like to see how kohli/Kudimagan sasthrivaal bullshit their way out of that.

lulz its always fun to read ICF after any loss, the true pathetic nature of Indian fans comes to fore.

All this analysis based o 1 match loss ? :phehe: , the aus team played very good cricket and won.

the point it. Warner and Finch and their bowlers were magnificent --> that should be noted they just outplayed a good Indian team agreed conditions favored them in both the innings but still.

There should be a 24-hour block on opening new threads after the match on ICF. People either praise someone to the skies after a good performance or are slitting their wrists after a loss.

Don’t forget the dot

You thread flopped big time baba.... You wanted India to loose all matches and your wish did not come true....
It is we the others who should bump up this thread and show your wrong prediction rather than you bumping this thread and giggling at us "Don't forget the dot".

Because only if India got whitewashed will there be scrutiny on Virat's captaincy and his captaincy would have got into trouble then...

Nope.

Virat did all the right moves today. Going with Saini instead of Shardul.

No knuckle balls and straight up Yorkers at the death.

Rahul counterattacking even after we lost wickets. In fact even Pandey playing a big shot to get out early on.

So I decided to bless this team today half way through :)
