Only if he respects his talent ....he can be big boost to the mediacore indian batting lineup... Indian management ha doing everything from its end to nurture this talent.....As soon as he is fit, he was not only send to NZ but also made him play the match... Hope he takes care of his fitness. Cricketics, tweaker, express bowling and 1 other 2 2

Lannister Posted January 19, 2020 Posted January 19, 2020 Is this guy the next Sachin from Mumbai? Apart from Rahane the Test batsman, they have yet to produce a quality batsman in this century. Rasgulla and raki05 1 1

Hakuna Matata Posted January 19, 2020 Posted January 19, 2020 Injured Saha came back and replaced performing pant from tests. Similarly injured Dhawan replaced performing Rahul in opening. So, know what they are going to do with Shaw who is coming from injury? express bowling 1
cowboysfan Posted January 19, 2020 Posted January 19, 2020 i thought he had a shoulder tear,BCCI is very poor in communicating about injuries. raki05 1
Vickydev Posted January 19, 2020 Posted January 19, 2020 Iam a huge fan. He is the best offside player i have seen since Ganguly, every ball there is a scoring opportunity for him. And for that he is the best batting talent in world cricket and alongside Gill should be the guys to bat up the order for India with either Rohit, Kohli dropping down.

It wouldn't be bad from india point if view, if this happens.....but it will unfair for Agarwal Sent from my Nokia 6.1 using Tapatalk
Sandeep99 Posted January 19, 2020 Posted January 19, 2020 I predict atleast 2 double hundreds from him in the next 7 years. What a precocious talent! raki05 1
Austin 3:!6 Posted January 19, 2020 Posted January 19, 2020 As I have said before, if given a fair chance...he has the potential to be India's 3rd best test opener EVER - after Gavaskar and Sehwag. Potentially, Shaw has higher ceiling than all the test openers we have played in last few years - Mayank, Dhawan, Rohit, Vijay, Rahul etc. He just need to remain disciplined and keep working hard. A very special talent.Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

vice Posted January 19, 2020 Posted January 19, 2020 (edited) I'm telling you guys. Shaw is a beast. Whenever there's an opportunity, he takes it with a bang. Dynamic batsman. Mentioned previously that he's scored centuries on debut at every level announcing himself. As long as he stays fit and injury free, he'd be a force to reckon with. The shoulder injury was confusing and likely misinformation that a shoulder tear occurred. I reckon Shaw didn't want to take part in the match after the injury scare and wanted to play it safe. So BCCI informed Mumbai coaches to rest him in preparation for the upcoming Ind A tours to NZ. Should just be clear to the fans instead of trying to make a fool of them.
