Thakur may not have the necessary skillset to be a gun ODI player, but he has the right amount of fight in him and a never say die attitude.

And it looked a pancake while we were bowling.

We never allowed the ball to swing. Short ball, half vollies,. We don't have a genuine swing bowler as well. Nobody like Chahar or Bhuvi.  If Ishant misses out it will be a huge loss for India. He is one guy who can nip the ball around in these conditions.

@Norman son where are you

Rest up man, go do something worthwhile after your well earned retirement...trying to score points here for a series where the fans here are more concerned about the performance of young players over winning.

I think when Bumrah started off he had some movement in the air. These days he seems be a defensive option.

Also its not only about in the air movement, some of the dismissals and pay and misses suggest there is movement off the deck too.

Jadeja should try to score quickly now and keep the rrr under control while he can. He seems to have delegated that job to the tailender though. Doesn't look like he will middle much today. If we don't get bowled out it will get to something like 72 required off last 5.
