Ishant is bowling really well and he also came back from Injury. Bumrah’s loss of form, pace, accuracy is a serious concern.

Bumrah hasnt lost any pace. still bowling in 140's. But he was too short today. But then this his first outing in Newzealand with a red ball. So might be struggling to find the right length.

Bumrah is done. He is never going to be the same as he was in SA/Aus.

Jeez, thats some negativity. If Ishant Sharma can turn around, any bowler in the world can make a comeback. Besides, this is his first redball outing in Newzealand. So might be struggling to find the right length here.

Bumrah looking innocuous. As harmless as a kitten. Is he done?

The last time he picked an international wicket was almost a month ago. He has gone wicketless ever since.  Shockingly painful to believe this.

Ashwin is bowling too flat and fast...

Not watching the match right now, but what else is new? Ashwin has been bowling like this since 2011 in SENA, letting impatience get better of him. Jadeja also darts and is a defensive spinner in SENA. But instead of grooming a wrist spinner for SENA, we just keep recycling these guys

If Ashwin stops bowling half tracker every time a batsman comes forward he can create a chance. It is frustrating. This is test match. Keep doing the same thing.

Still hasnt learnt after do many years

No. He is getting a lot of purchase. Ball turned square for him. Everytime a batsman comes forward he shortens the length. If he keeps that good length he will keep getting purchase.

Apart from Ishant all the other bowlers are guilty of not sticking to the consistent length.  They played far too many shots on the backfoot which is a crime on this slow pitch.
