Why are liberals in India so enamored of Pakistan?

There are plenty of moving parts. Sure getting rid of  Pak army may solve 50 or even 60% of the problem but it will still be an uphill task

sure...its not just the pak army and the ISI...there's other forces involved at different times. saudi, western governments, the vatican, china, multi-national corporations...etc.

 

the point is - seeing the government's inability to restrict foreign interference, anyone can mobilize a group of people against the government.

 

but i think removing pak army - and effectively erasing the idea supporting pakistan's existence - would unquestionably bring a lasting peace to the subcontinent. at the very least, it would make it easier to govern the territory and create social cohesion.

 

that's the first step. everything else follows from there. congress and owaisi and everybody else would vanish because they wouldn't have to fight for the cause of phony secularism.

No, it means I want to destroy Pakistan just like millions of soviets wanted USA dead and vice versa , Germans wanted brits dead and vice versa, etc in various periods of history because their nations were enemies. Err no. The fact that Pakistan attacked us 4 times is plain as day, as much as Nazi germany declaring war on France or Australia-Hungary declaring war on Serbia. This is accepted by Pakistan itself- they acnowledge they crossed border first in 4 wars, thus, ATTACKED US.
