Massively.  They are at risk of becoming next Zimbabwe, given the exodus of talent.  Aus, NZ, Eng - all 3 countries have saffers playing for them, and more in first-class.

Also the whitewash was with a bowling attack where Currans and Jordan are three frontline bowlers with Rashid, at best a above average spinner  But you'll never hear Morgan bemoaning lack of talent.

 

Archer and Stokes do provide some serious quality though.

Also important to note the discipline Morgan has instilled in the team against selfish behaviour. 

 

Malan was badly punished last year in the 263 game vs NZ because he didn't run off the last ball while on 100+ to secure a not out score. This England team is very brutal in ensuring players don't play for their own stats. Very tough culture.

We can beat them 3-2 if our full strength team plays against them and captaincy is done properly.

Our best hope is preparing pitches where 160 is par score. Sluggish, low bounce and turn (not rank turner, just little bit). That should be our strategy for the T20 WC as well. On batting beauties we won't come close to challenging Eng for another 3 years at least.

We have won both odi & t20 series last time they came here also we won t20 series in England (2018). Indian team will be pumped after losses we have faced overseas and will try to give their best. It will be close series surely but england is not winning this easily in our home conditions specially bilateral series.
